Dr. Steve is being made a victim of commie logic here, where up is down, 2 + 2 = 6 and right is wrong (i.e. left is right). Anyone who follows orders that result in the death of someone on your side is culpable.  In other words, whether you follow orders or don't follow orders you can be charged as a criminal.  Commies need to have this flexibility so they can neutralize anyone they want at any time for any or no reason at all. Of course, now we not only negotiate with terrorists, we arm, fund and run them, which is why, among other reasons, they're coming after him. Dr. Steve should counter-sue for millions of dollars.
