One last note, then will not venture into this area again.
Reference the previously stated, and also reference earlier N. Yard Shooting, the M. flight that disappeared, thereafter drones being captured by Iran (possible story created to cover-up something later). Is it possible some equipment or system was to be delivered to African country for controlling remote vessels, and was diverted to Pakistan, then thereafter sold to Iran? Such thing would require organized cover-up, and possible for large business deals. Were any CIAA assets removed from Pakistan to make certain such deal was achieved? Did someone with capability and (expertise) access N yard databases to modify information so as the above could be covered-up? Then N Yard shooting, something to think about
This would have required former insider with the expertise as described earlier, yet few have relationships with this country to make such deals.

You should follow your positive energy and use your strength to post what you feel most important....go where your spirit leads you. If I get us off on a side track, and it is upsetting to you, then just continue in the direction you must go. I will understand.

Further assessment is required,
Now that we have the "WOT", and this resulted in millions of peoples 'listed and thereafter cyber attacks to those made from abroad. Now we observe the possibly of "WOD", the war on disease, so does the "WOT" and "WOD" become one? Also note ever though the current information about out break is being show on major news networks, it should, and is correct to do so. Out breaks are serious, even if small scale so that all countries can be alerted. Notice on (GD) paperclip 'no mention' of such things? However, does this complete the perfect surveillance state? I would believe if this became serious problem, the emergency facilities will become active with possible regional lock down. You will likely need 'surveillance airships', one of (GD) paperclips products to complete the loop from above (and as they say...monitor wild life). Will these regions be placed on lock down?
What would be the steps? And what about the millions of peoples already on the previous made "WOT" list?

What is happening in the U.S. with ebola is either insanity or a plan IMO. And, I think while it IS insane, it is ALSO a plan.
I have a friend whom I use as a litmus test of what mainstream media (MSM) is pushing. He told me today with great emphasis that Ebola is not a threat because it is not airborne and cannot be spread thru the air, yet the monkey study where it WAS transferred thru the air shows how dangerous this kind of propaganda can be.
So I agree with you, and have this question. How would sectioning off areas of the U.S. under the guise of quarantines, aid the plan?
And will it likely be surrounding cities and trapping residents inside of them, or are we likely looking at a scenario of shutting down regions or FEMA regions? And if vaccination is mandated, will it be loaded with cancer viruses or intentional bioweapons like the polio vaccine was...or will some whom they would prefer be eliminated be given 'special' vaccines.
Knowing 'the plan' is one thing...watching it unfold in real time is quite another!

Shall we talk some about Nigeria? I have some experience years ago with professor of economics where we joined together to try and help country attempting to recover after civil unrest. The professor and I visited state governors, had meetings with local leaders, spoke with teachers, local peoples, and visited small schools with children learning about computers and software and very excited about their future.
I attended politic meetings, and was also invited for celebration of newly built hospital for disabled children. The purpose, to try and stimulate businesses to come to country and by pursuing and creating proposals for funding education centers and technology that would help this pursue.
I still remember the professor (native to this country) and now teaching in the USA at major university. As we traveled through the cities he kept repeating, "See these children trying to sell things in the streets, they should be in school". "These children should be in school", over and over again.
There are many good peoples in this country.

What I observed was simple,
An infrastructure very badly damaged, and what typically may happen when military dictatorship operates the country for years (the professor educated me). And when flying over regions could see airports in complete ruin with airliners lying about and off to side, and were previously destroyed by fire and such. While traveling within this country could note this infrastructure only suited for military operations, and many young peoples and children trying to sale goods in the street so as their families could survey (otherwise they only exist to provide service for the dictatorship). And when speaking with newly elected governors after the revolution and their primary pursuits of trying to get back the monies the dictatorship (leaders) sent abroad and placed in offshore accounts. During this revolution they spoke of discovering large cash storage areas in the basement of former leaders of this dictatorship.
I observed what a country looks like when being controlled by military dictatorship, and what these peoples had to do to overcome this and rebuild their country.
And the professor (former veteran) understood, education would be foremost and critical to ensure the peoples success in the future.
And now another problem (GD) and operation paperclip.

And now,
I can only help those children (who aspire for better future) by placing someone of their country in the extraordinary story regarding first disclosure, as to once again inspire them to pursue their dreams of better future. It is of great pain to me, to listen to what is happening in this country. I only see the images of those children years ago with dreams far greater then mine.

Sierra Leone's Chinese Promises Announced on 8 november (2013), the MoU with a consortium led by the China International Fund (CIF) and the China Railway Construction Corporation talked of investments in infrastructure, agriculture, mining and petroleum.
