Possibly being shown selected images from above and the chaos being created by the mediators, but the under world peoples being told it’s the peoples above creating these problems and chaos. Now to complete these arks may have required tremendous funding and likewise chaos to keep those above confused during this process. And thereafter these under world arks will be filled with supplies and precious metals, materials, foods, and other. And as time approaches, they may select species from various areas from around the world and transport them to inspection and training facilities for testing and processing. And thereafter when training is completed, only the chosen few and likely young will be selected and located into the under world of arks. This method would provide cover for the under world as these species would not be familiar with such things and not permitted to surface above as well. During this time large areas of land maybe sectioned off to prevent intrusions from the above, while being guarded with airships and remote crafts due to technical development years earlier. Then as chaos and confusion increases in the above world, and possibly due to loses of wealth as diverted into this under world of arks. They may likely start telling stories of possible large war to make the under world work faster…and prepare the arks...

And to do so, this would require attacking the infrastructure of the USA to create chaos and confusion (everyone going in circles) during the operations (allot of propaganda). And that guy (fake name) who started the fake veterans’ website employed who? Retired Russian kgb operatives for this operation to discover and eliminate US veterans, and had some success, but also to cover-up earlier operations. They also initially started the phobia tactics operation, to create the right mindset for fragmentation. Why does it all seem like old kgb psychological warfare in the USA, because that’s precisely what it is, (what partnership between energy and intelligence).

But why employ retired kgb operatives? Because they likely needed these people to help with the “psychological warfare against Russian” and replacing their leadership with another agency. They would likely have to take down these peoples and replace them with the new global energy and intelligence cartel GEIC.

But look at the damage there doing to the US, they can blame the USA (peoples) for everything (What tactic) there operations then blame USA (for work being performed by their insiders). I always wondered when so many intel agencies were being designated to use those contractor intelligence agencies (why they were quickly established), some are likely working for the above while pretending to work for you.

Now if you don’t believe the damage being done to the USA through this group isn’t creating maximum damage to USA National Security, you need to have your head examined. Wonder who is pretending to be leader?
