Basic conclusion,
If Denver is new WDC mil headquarters and alien invasion initiated, then paperclip may likely be moving into Denver before year end or earlier. And other operatives coming across border before year end or earlier. However, this maybe fear tactic because NK likely does not have such long capability. Another possibility is that ‘paperclip will blame Israel, as GD paperclip has been writing many articles about such thing and creating phobia (take note abroad), and likewise articles stating they have placed things around country. GD has been seeding such information and phobia for some time, to blame 911, and possibly other.

However, as rules for “WOT” increase and become tighter some methods of reasoning maybe as follows, (1) To Shut down interest or popular investigations regarding narratives as applied to terrorist acts. Then another, witnesses maybe critical as to assist in stopping such incidents in the future, however, if the fear (construct) is developed and tightened many witnesses or alternative investigators may fear pursuing further truths (opposite affect and counter to real investigation) . And therefore, the “WOT” construct in part acts in opposition to counter-terrorist operations. Does the “WOT construct promote fear”, and if so does this comply with how terrorist generally operate? Does the “WOT” promote “fear and demands”, for more constraints.

Example as related to GD and operation paperclip,
