Since my time is limited let's proceed briefly,
I have never observed the vessel above, but can provide some theoretical explanation on how such configuration can potentially function. So don’t know if the photo is real or false, but let’s assume for one moment this vessel was real. We can conceptualize this configuration based on the below principle, and will provide some general explanation later.
And this based on what I will refer to as ‘Electromagnetic Compression’. Remember the explanation of the black hole, given earlier...maybe clue is in this subject. It's obviously general explanation and needs some more detail.
The picture someone posted was taken by the Belgium air force in 1990, they stated.

It was an interesting article, agree with some information and disagree with other. And need to explain, you may find my generalization of black holes to be more accurate then you realize. Later tonight will write briefly and explain more about this concept in ways so the multi-dimensional aspect can be easily understood. This relates to the end of time (sun star near depletion), middle time (regenerative process), and beginning of time (break away force) as written earlier. And this additional information is related to the 'end of time and middle time' with respect to the ‘field energy funnel effect’, collisions and compression that result in fusion.
Then will continue with the above, after explaining the (12) sun star reactive model so everyone can understand how this relates to electromagnetic buoyancy.

Need to explain more detailed conceptualization regarding black holes and sun stars as regenerative energy sources. There's large energy system working and creates some dynamic fusion among sun stars, and recycles these sun stars to form new solar planes. Energy fields and the buoyancy of or relationship among field strength per unit mass hold the sun stars in position relative to one and others, and this can be illustrated.

Some of the theory I have been conceptualizing is mentioned in the above article. I would like to take this some steps further, and attempt to describe this as complete regenerative energy system. Has something to do with the 'reactance' being described in past comments and the geometry and or matrix of sun stars. Interesting articles, thanks for posting.

I need to place two important illustrations related to buoyancy and reactive frequency {Ro-Ri} with respect to the masses angular displacement from the horizontal plane. And the (12) reactive harmonics associated with the sun star (S1) and model shown above to maintain buoyancy. Black holes created by sun stars and the associated regenerative cycle maybe related to buoyancy and reactive forces that increase the masses frequency and compress their energy field. This does not mean their energy field is destroyed, but more so is recreated through the inverse of the above process. Or the inverse of (sun star) black hole is the formation of new solar system with (basic) planetary bodies.
I need to at least finish these two illustrations.

Updated the diagrams above. Below total reactance reference sun star S1.Energy, frequency, and distance between sun stars to field connectivity (two more models) then software program can be developed to demonstrate.
I forgot to plot the reactive harmonics relative to S1, will create and post soon.
