How long does it take to determine 'incompetence?
In seconds...about |5 sec| would be fair. The mistakes made within this time duration can determine whether or not those involved in such things are 'in fact' competent or NOT,
its this simple. Isn't this correct Dr. P?
In 5 seconds, something simple or 'standard operation...can be manifested into larger 'disaster. Which is typically the result of 'incompetent or untrained people.
The simple FACT,
You can't train all people to be 'competent for specialized operations and security. Proof? You just observed this....lying doesn't make people competent, it manifest 'incompetence.

You see, I'm being fair.
Because well trained counter-terrorist team, can clear three rooms with terrorist and hostages in about 5 seconds.
A complete cluster of 'incompetence can also be observed within 5 seconds.
need say no more.

Their primary protocol should have been vehicle ‘containment, for many reasons. In the first |5 seconds| they failed to succeed, where they should have with no problem. Which simple means, there was no organization and understanding of such things.
NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Thanks for the excellent posts, Bugman, the pic with mom and daughter, heartbreaking.
Words cannot describe what I am feeling right now....for our country. So many things are stacking up on our doorstep, the economy, the lack of leadership nationally, the attack on our southern border, the miseducation of the public, the lack of jobs and the dependency on government support. We have raised a couple generations of 'victims' and that they will certainly be...at least victims of their own ignorance or of their upbringing.
If I had to make a guess at the motive for this woman's escapade, I would say, based on past experiences with Obama supporters and the videos we are fed of his public appearances, that she wanted to get, somehow, to see him in person...with her baby...to plead for his help. In video after video during his touring of the country, he has put his arm around women who have pleaded for help and assured them he would help...did he? She believed he would...if only she could get to speak with him.
She paid the ultimate price for her naivete.

Now let’s start thinking,
Someone gave an ‘ORDER' to shoot to kill
I wonder which person gave that order.
It only takes |5 seconds| to determine ‘incompetence, and yet I suspect someone gave the order to ‘shoot to kill, because of |||their incompetence||| to lead or even understand how to manage and oversee such operations in law enforcement and security.
DC LAW ENFORCEMENT involved in this blunder of 'incompetence, and one who gave the ‘order,
HAVE YOU NO SHAME.

On the above video made by former police officer go to 6:15-30, can video statement have something to do with Naval Y incident? I am starting to wonder...and know Dr. P can not discuss much detail regarding Naval Y incident, but do know certain national security investigations are performed at this location.

In a situation as out of control as D.C., how can we be sure someone gave the order to shoot to kill? If they were freaking out enough to crash into their own barriers, how can we know it wasn't someone with an itchy trigger finger and others who followed after?
