Webster Griffin Tarpley created an excellent presentation regarding your thread. Describing the president's appointee, Holdren is dedicated to reducing the planet's population, evidenced by his contributions to the publication in your post.

Since this reflects reports of similar expressed goals stated by members of the British monarchy, it lends credibility to Lyndon LaRouche's statements regarding the relationship between the British Queen and Obama. The Queen's husband and son (Charles) have uttered some extraordinarily chilling statements describing similar desired objectives. At least the royals might account for such insanity due to inbreeding. I don't know what accounts for Obama's choices.

Due to massive european objection and demonstrations resulting from EU leadership attempting to impose mandated use of Monsanto GMOs (genetically engineered seed), Monsanto gave up its effort to dominate the agricultural industry in Europe. While Americans haven't been able to accomplish package labeling on food that contains GMOs, Obama chose to readily sign legislation granting Monsanto immunity from lawsuits resulting from GMO foods.

Government mandated vaccines in the U.S. claimed to "immunize" against disease, is yet another hoax that generates huge pharma profit at the expense of the health of U.S. citizens. Eustace Mullins author of "Death By Injection" provides insight into the myths behind the medical and pharmaceutical industries in this country. Mullins describes the origins of the AMA and FDA. The motivation for FDA approval of newly developed medications will surprise you. The brainwashing and propaganda generated by corporate owned and controlled media has most of the country convinced of American superiority in quality control. While manufacturers of vaccines were granted immunity to liability resulting from the vaccines they produce, residual effects of latent viruses contained within them have been found to cause major debilitating illnesses. The U.S. cancer epidemic that surfaced in 1971 was a direct result of the polio vaccines developed in the 1950s due to the use of cells from monkeys who were infected with multiple viruses. Current vaccines contain DNA from aborted fetus' cells that activate the human immune system whenever "foreign" DNA is introduced into our body. Results include the development of auto immune diseases like arthritis, ...defined as your own immune system attacking and destroying your joints.

Combined with the U.N.'s "Codex Alimentarius" program that went into effect in December, 2009, and the questionable chem trails for which no verifiable explanation has been provided, I'd say there might be cause for concern given Holdren's priorities and position in Obama's cabinet.
