100 million x $25 (6 quarts per year) = 600 million quarts or $2.5 billion in oil/year
100 million x $20 (2 gallons antifreeze) = 200 million gallons of or 2.0 billion in antifreeze/year.

Much more can be removed, as the weight of this vehicle would be reduced significantly and some new magnet motor technology applied to amplify the power. Which simply means the battery required is much smaller.
