Really pleased Dr pieczenik delivered this podcast,it was a fascinating insight which benefits greatly when we can listen to the broadcast, I couldn't help but smile when the doc told us of general Noriega actually being "imprisoned in a château" clearly something he knows as fact, but his delivery lightened my mood somewhat, I have to say that I think this is totally correct that these luxury exile's exist and yes vladamir Putin is a very shrewd and "canny"operator who displays a formidable air of no nonsense,like him or loathe him the fact remains he is a very effective statesman, which sadly I can't say about any of my recent prime ministers and any recent presidents of America also! I think it obviouswhen making any type of profile or comparison putin looks and acts head and shoulders above a Cameron, Blair or Obama, etc etc, as games of world affairs go Putin seems to have it sewn up! I think he understands like Dr pieczenik has stated the futility of the middle east situation he certainly knows about Afghanistan! But he will for a price provide the west with logistics and helicopters!! That's brilliant acumen,watch the west fight non existent wars and reap financial benefit and strengthen your hand in the process! Total genius strategy surely? And also round up all the deposed leaders and put them in one (albeit) luxury basket!!!( you never know what's in the future I.e. return of the ayatollah to Iran) yes there is a great deal to admire about Putin and one should always play fairly when one has the winning cards!!!

Re Steve's recent Al Gore lecture: This isn't news, although it seems news to you. We've got bigger fish to fry than Al Gore, but this was interesting. Check out Gore's relationship to, I believe his name was Ormsby Gore, whom Caroll Quigley mentioned as part of The Group. You might want to check out the satire "Report from Iron Mountain" and the "functions" of a post Cold War that the environmental movement was supposed to replace. It fits in with Al Gore as ignorant, useful idot marketer of false science for ulterior motives. Of course it's a sham. Check out Al Gore's Armand Hammer, Occidental Petroleum connections. The interlocking boards of directorships of supposedly competing multinationals is well known. How many Boards of Directors do Kissinger and Shultz sit on? How about Hank doing business in Iraq, up almost, to the day of the US invasion? It forms a de facto "empire" since businesses function on more than just one level as change agents, both domestically and overseas. You're making a broad statement about rock music. I'm a musician and know the power of music. I've studied some of the religious rhythms (Santeria) of Cuba from Master drummers who've been there. Yeah I seen the Obama deception and its a must see and I agree with your assessment about where real power lies entirely. Interesting to read about your grandfather, he clearly had a lot about him and his refusal to join the "club" speaks reams in my book galviton,

I thought your 'Talk' fasinating, and probably all true! re: The Divine Right of Kings. However, I have a slight problem with your assertion re America's 'fracking' and soon to be "exporter" of oil & gas. I also follow-and respect-F William Engdahl. According to him, it's a giant Ponzi scheme, soon to explode; not in energy, but busted hedge funds, and foolish foreign investers. 'Fracking' produces extreme bounty in the beginning, but peters out rapidly. Unlike conventional wells, that go on for decades. He also holds a controversial view that oil is not running out, but constantly being made in the planet, via heat & carbon. This makes our 'resourse wars' even more invalid and cruel. Yet it makes London City, Wall Street, Rockefeller's, etc. rich: Scaring the planet's humans into paying higher prices for a plentiful commodity. One last beef: You've got McChrystal 100% right, but I feel the same about Petraeus. A snakeoil salesman that could soon bury Kissinger-in money-and lies.
