R.I.P. Michael Hastings

It’s reminds me of an ancient time, and ‘one of many who attempted to breach the inner and outer walls. Who found themselves trapped in between, maybe such was the misunderstanding of these things and fortifications used to monitor the gaps. A better understanding of such things prior too, may lead to greater success.

This email from Alan Grayson (D) Florida was sent to me by Alan Grayson (D) Florida on 6/18/2013. In it, the congressman states that the TPP (Trans Pacific Partnership Trade Agreement) surrenders U.S. Sovereignty.

I believe it to be of grave importance that the American people be made aware of these negotiations and what they will mean to this nation if allowed to pass into law.

So many who dare to speak out as Michael Hastings has, continue to meet untimely deaths. We cannot allow these heroic efforts to inform the public, end in the loss of U.S. Sovereignty.

All current U.S. Trade agreements, beginning with NAFTA include provisions requiring a panel of international judges reside over and rule on disputes. No public access and no public input is allowed. The proceedings are required to be conducted in absolute secret. The ruling of the international panel of judges is binding on ALL TRADE AGREEMENT SIGNATORIES. Granting power over U.S. law and courts is prohibited in the U.S. Constitution. To do so, constitutes treason.

NAFTA was illegally passed into law by Bill Clinton. Since all U.S. treaties constitutionally require a two-thirds senate majority approval, when Clinton couldn't get the vote required, he simply stated that NAFTA was NOT A TREATY, but simply an "AGREEMENT" and declared victory with a simple senate majority vote. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DEFINABLE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORDS TREATY AND/OR AGREEMENT.

We must find a way to stop surrender of the sovereignty of our nation into the hands of a tyrannical dictatorship, or Michael Hasting's efforts along with untold others will be for nothing.

For No Real Reason.

You spoke, they listened.

Last month, 10,000 of us submitted comments to the United States Trade Representative (USTR), in which we objected to new so-called free trade agreements. We asked that the government not sell out our democracy to corporate interests.

Because of this pressure, the USTR finally let a member of Congress - little ole me, Alan Grayson - actually see the text of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP). The TPP is a large, secret trade agreement that is being negotiated with many countries in East Asia and South America.

The TPP is nicknamed "NAFTA on steroids." Now that I've read it, I can see why. I can't tell you what's in the agreement, because the U.S. Trade Representative calls it classified. But I can tell you two things about it.

1) There is no national security purpose in keeping this text secret.

2) This agreement hands the sovereignty of our country over to corporate interests.

3) What they can't afford to tell the American public is that [the rest of this sentence is classified].

(Well, I did promise to tell you only two things about it.)

I will be fighting this agreement with everything I've got. And I know you'll be there every step of the way.

Now, I had not heard that Obama talked about merging the U.S. with the E.U. HORRIBLE NEWS!!!!!!!!

What are they going to do.....take us down with all the EU debt and let Germany rise....the rise of the 4th Reich? Man, I speak German, visited there in 1968 for a summer....maybe that's the place to be! My French is pretty lousy. But could probably survive in French speaking Canada.

As to the birther issue, those things you have mentioned and many more are true. Which is why we cannot expect that congress or the courts will do anything...because all that stuff and much more was presented to the courts and to members of Congress...and they have done NOTHING!

We're really in a pickle. If I were younger, I would be so far gone out of this country it would make everyone's head spin. I realize that most of the globe will not escape this...but we are in the center of the storm...it will be really bad here. I've been busy and haven't checked Drudge and other news sites today. I've got to hear those words (re: EU) out of the liar in chief's mouth. This is speeding along so quickly it is taking my breath away.

The world we grew up in was a much nicer place here in the U.S....at least that's my opinion.

To understand the power of "Trade Agreements" and see how they grant power over U.S. Courts and Constitutional Law provisions prohibiting creating any such power, look up "Canada vs. Ethyl Corp. (2005).

Prior to NAFTA, corporations didn't have enough security to move to foreign countries especially with unstable governments. In granting corporate power the right to secretly sue foreign governments for interfering with business and corporate profits, under NAFTA's provisions that provide for an international panel of judges (which are pre-destined to rule in favor of business), the rulings are binding on ALL trade agreement signees, including the U.S.. This is a clear case of TREASON based on constitutional law. However, since all hearings are required to proceed without public access or input, and the findings are classified "Top Secret" and kept confidential. All of this is done without public disclosure. Anyone who still supports the Clintons can't be aware of what they've done to facilitate this.

That opened the door to increased corporate profits by operating in foreign countries, leading to the loss of our industrial base. Taking down the U.S. necessitated undermining our economy. De-regulation, and the intentional coaxing of the middle class into "debt bondage" intentionally orchestrated by the Federal Reserve Bank is no "conspiracy theory", it's proven history. Alan Greenspan went before congress claiming he didn't expect the results of his policies to lead to the '08 financial collapse. If you're familiar with Basel I and Basel II both issued by the International Bank for Settlements) known as Hitler's bank, you know how and where the directives originated.

Watch Argentina carefully. That is the benchmark being used. Our issues were first imposed on Argentina in the early 90's. The country remains in turmoil, due to economic destruction but most importantly, the current government's seizure of all citizen's retirement funds. I believe that's next for us.

A great deal of mega-wealthy funds were handled through the Cyprus Banks, including laundered illegal drug funds. Confiscating a huge potion of those funds was designed to force even the mega rich into debt bondage when working capital for their businesses had to be borrowed to stay up and running. The goal is to lead the entire planet into such debt bondage that we are begging for the one world central bank to step in. Big question is who & what will reign victorious in the struggle to control it. SADLY...ALL OF IT IS BASED ON MONEY...REMEMBERING THAT MONEY IS POWER, the success of the "men behind the curtain" is dependent on their control of our money through the Federal Reserve Bank.

We have the tools to stop this in the U.S. Constitution. Unfortunately our elected officials are so arrogant that they believe they will not be victimized due to the wealth they've accumulated. That wealth will be intentionally eliminated as soon as their usefulness is exhausted and the fruits of their labor...that results in the destruction of U.S. Constitutional Law is no longer there to protect them.
