Movie Title: A Peaceful Peninsula

How would like to own the rights to an idea that is so rare it could prevent a war, save tens of billions of dollars, nourish millions of starving people, save thousands of lives, end this multi-decade long stalemate, unite two countries, and possibly save an American city from devastation?
I want this to fall into the right hands.
I am a military veteran. I have an idea that would possibly save thousands of lives and billions of dollars. I am referring to the North Korean situation. I am former QM3 (SW) Roussey who exited honorably. I have my idea, or can submit it to you, via a Microsoft Word attachment. I have some pictures as well that is included in this attachment that make for very clear and vivid examples.
Please do not make any assumptions here. This idea is so simple and extremely practical. It could possibly pacify North Korea and turn the people (North Korean citizens) on our side, including much of their military. This is about winning the hearts and minds of the North Korean populous inspite of years of damaging propaganda they have had to endure pertaining to South Korea and America from their subjugators, teachers, and so-called leaders. The ramifications in what I am speaking about are quite large. Please contact me. I am not sure where else to go with this idea but it seems you and this idea would make a comfortable fit because of your integrity, professionalism, and reputation.
You can even sell this idea to a Hollywood director for $15 million if you choose or turn it into a $500 million grossing movie yourself – this idea is worth that much. As superb as The Hurt Locker was, this idea goes past that because this book/plan/idea/movie/Congressional bill/Presidential order/military strategy could affect the present and the future of America and this planet whereas The Hurt Locker was mainly about the present which is now the past.
You have a much better shot at making this idea a reality than I do. You have closer ties with other media companies and politicians. Not only is this idea practical it is necessary. Our North Korean strategy is only putting America and our allies further at risk while millions of people are starving in that closed country.
You could probably even have some major companies in America to pay for the making of this movie because of the plotline and what it comprises. After they hear of this idea, corporate America will be calling you to insure their products play a role in this story line because of what this story line is comprised of.
