Receptor,
Someone once told me, communication can be accomplished through a receptor (communication method). Which changes the state of consciousness, more so (momentarily) independent of biological matter. What moves from one solar system to another through a hole in space? photons or simply light. The language is multicultural and represented using symbolic forms, and what may seem simple is highly complex and therefore requires an interpretation in this way. The language is the result of unification and commonality among many, whereas many are one (universal principle?). Having said this, some may have difficulty understanding the complexity of a book or guide (better stated), or symbol representing the initial stages of technology created for interstellar travel. Travel is not the word of choice, when the technology is understood. It's the joining of two positions in space to create another, and the other being a space within space or a void. A void represents a space where light or photons within our space do not exist, artificial light (photons) must be created in this void to communicate with clarity. Else the noise mask the transmission, and why probes are necessary. Maybe they were wrong? or maybe correct in some ways.

It's 2019. The OP, Pieczenik posted a interesting video. The world gives two craps about it. Maybe DARPA is making some headway on it. Nothing else is or cares. I'm one of them.
