I caught the Phone Interview on the Alex Jones Nightly News Thursday and Friday, February 13-14, 2014. In regard to Edward Snowden, I am curious as to the possibility that the reason why he was never picked up in Hong Kong or anywhere else, is because of the intent of John Brennan to intentionally release this NSA capabilities information for his and Booz Allen Hamilton's aka, The Carlyle Group's www.carlyle.com/our-business/portfolio-of-investments/booz-allen-hamilton-inc financial gain, and because Brennan himself views himself as not just an Islamist convert, but a jihadi Muslim at war with the United States. Obama himself -- who I confronted in the summer of 1981 when he sought out and was interviewed by Bill Ayers, Ayers saying in his interview of Obama that he (Ayers) was the representative of the Central Committee and was seeking 5 - 6 candidates to groom to be President of the United States in 25 or 30 years, or words to this effect -- Obama himself, attended Shia Islam's Jihadi initiation self-whipping rituals in Hyderabad, India in 1981. Obama is NO patriot to the United States, and at the interview he had at a restaurant table next to my restaurant booth, pledge the utter destruction of the United States from within as both he and Ayers had a verbal peeing contest to see who was the more devout "Marxist-Leninist", which was what Barack defined himself as at that meeting that I and another eyewitness at the booth saw and heard (Ayers being about 4 to perhaps 5 feet on my 9 o'clock left position, and Obama being about 6 to perhaps no more than 7 feet on my 11 o'clock left position, or something to this effect.
It has been credibly charged, though not as yet sufficiently substantiated, that John Brennan the man who successfully conducted an espionage operation within the U.S. Department of State to steal and possibly destroy Obama’s passport file records appears to have done so, in part, because he was a convert to Islam.

Clearly, this was a fabricated claim. Skynews and Milam were unable to name the time, date, address, and named location of the fire that destroyed the alleged birth records,
cite past articles, tell us how many alleged records were destroyed by fire or water, give at the time DOH or Fire Department official quotations regarding the alleged fire and so on. And despite this alleged fire, and the later reports of a fruitless search of the Birth Records to find any Obama birth document in January 2011 which forced the resignation of Hawaii Governor Abercrombie’s first Director of Health in Hawaii, Neal Palafox (after only 3 weeks in office), who accidentally allowed the fact that there was NO Barack Hussein Obama II birth document in existence in the State of Hawaii archives appeared to have no bearing on the delusions of a willing media to NOT question a clearly manufactured fraud the White House “magically” released as if out of thin air just 3 months later via a clearly manufactured electronic file, attested to by attorneys and officials willing to commit perjury, just so long as it wasn’t under oath in a Court of Law, which to this day they still refuse to ever introduce into Court Evidence of ANY United States Court of Law.
However, unlike Hawaii, in early 2008, there were indeed Obama passport records in the US Department of State that were indeed compromised by John Brennan's private sector employees. The question is, what those documents were specifically, and what did they contain that needed a Federal Theft and likely two murders by parties unknown? Did they contain documentation of Obama’s Indonesian and United Kingdom citizenships and use of those foreign passports into the 1980s, and a still current use of an Indonesian Passport as late as 2006 to the Continent of Africa?
After this very specific and isolated theft of Obama’s Department of State records, we are told to believe the obvious fairy-tale that it was without ANY quid pro quo or coincidence -- wink, wink; nudge, nudge -- that John Brennan was appointed to Assistant to the President and Deputy National Security Adviser for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism on January 20, 2009...the same day Obama Usurped the US Presidency by virtue of his NOT being a United States Natural Born Citizen as the U.S. Constitution requires.

So the point is, if John Brennan blackmailed or got Quid Pro Quo into the high Intelligence position that he has by alleged espionage against the U.S. Department of State as a Muslim perhaps working at the behest of Saudi Arabia and other foreign Islamic interests to help Obama against Hillary Clinton and in his aspirations to the Presidency, what would stop John Brennan in getting a multi-million dollar offshore account from the Carlyle Group via Booz Allen Hamilton, or because of his Booz Allen Hamilton connections, and cutting in James Clapper to such a pay-off for a domestic act of espionage that Brennan and Clapper only pretend to be infuriated at, while committing Treason against the United States, allegedly also receiving a pay-off, working for specific foreign interests on the pretext of devotion to Islam over all U.S. National Security Interests, and then ensuring Edward Snowden is never arrested or picked up (by means of verbal directives to the various 15 or 16 Intel Agencies they have personal and business connections with via their Obama appointed positions)?
That's how I see all this NSA data dump release, and it fits a pattern, starting with an Obama Administration ordered CIA video dump in March 2009 and then the Wikileaks data dump scandal, etc.

Perhaps in relation to his previously alleged Pro-Communist Soviet Anti-American and Pro-Communist Anti-American Czechoslavakian visits during this same period? Quite possibly.
But as regards Obama, Brennan's employee likely brought Brennan the entire Obama files, so that either Brennan still has access to such scandalous material and the ability to blackmail Obama, or he could have destroyed the same. .

Brianroy, a question. Max Keiser and others have suggested that the NSA spying has more to do with industrial and financial espionage than terrorism. You comment that the Snowden escapade may be financially beneficial for Booz Allen or Carlyle Group.
How does disclosure of the spying and surveillance advance their financial interests? I would have thought if the surveillance is to front run business deals, secrecy would be preferred.
Is it possible, that these activities were about to become a financial liability to some entity some where who was part of the front running, and the release was to focus on the disclosure that it was happening and on to the Snowden story and side step possible corporate liability and law suits? That's the only way, based on my limited understanding of the events and your statement that I can see it as financially beneficial to disclose this....unless....it is a statement to many that...we have your data....and this is what we want from you.....or we will disclose it to the world....aka BLACKMAIL!
I mean, does the President know that his phone is bugged? If Merkel's phone is bugged, so too is the phone of every Supreme court justice, the president, the speaker and any other person over whom they may need control.
And coming back to the Carlyle Group, let's look at the roll out of George P. Bush. How could CG use the whole scenario to enable Bush's ascension to President? Might that have anything to do with the whole NSA/Snowden trick.
And then, one more possibility I have considered. Does this have anything to do with a battle between the alphabet agencies as some have suggested may have been a part of other recent false flags?

For over a year, the bloated American Intelligence Community, both the military and the civilian components, have been playing a game with us, citizens-taxpayers. A narrative was created in the personae, or what I call ‘avatar’ of an ostensible ex-CIA, ex-Special Forces and ex-NSA contractor named “Edward Snowden.” This Edward Snowden apparently leaked millions of intelligence documents regarding our massive electronic surveillance over our citizenry.
At the same time that Snowden is seeking political asylum in Russia, he directly attacks both the Director of National Intelligence, Lieut. General [Ret. USAF] James Clapper and General Keith Alexander [US Army], Director of the NSA/Cyber Command as the major culprits who are ‘destroying our personal liberties’ and are ‘snooping‘ on ‘foreign countries and foreign businesses.’
Sounds nefarious?
On the surface, Snowden sounds like the Mick Jagger’s image conveyed in the introductory lyrics of “Sympathy for the Devil”—‘You don’t know my name, but you do know my game.”
A portrait of Snowden has been constructed by Snowden in collaboration with others to create this Janus-like two headed monster. Devil or angel? Spy or whistle-blower? Nothing could more simple than a binary decision by the worldwide audience than a reflexive response similar to the infamous Gladiator fights during the rise and fall of the Roman Empire. For some time now, Snowden has presented his personae on different European TV Shows including the German TV one posted earlier on my site (thanks Patriarch!). After watching this interview a few times, I came away thinking, not like an ordinary American citizen, but more like a counter-intelligence operative.
What were the disturbing elements about Edward Snowden and this Intel narrative?
▪ On one hand, Snowden wants Americans to believe that he was just a simple Booz Allen sub-contractor who suddenly had a major crisis of conscience when DNI James Clapper ‘lied’ to Congress when he said that NSA never spied on the American public.
▪ Snowden’s personal indignation seemed to be credible and sincere. However, when he started to explain the complete layout of the intelligence community and how different compartments of the NSA worked along with the Intelligence Community, I could have sworn that he sounded more like James Clapper than James.
▪ Snowden never mentions John Brennan (his real boss at CIA). He only hammers on the—the DNI and the NSA (DNI and NSA are managed by military and ex Military)
▪ Snowden never mentioned his direct employer—Booz Allen— which is also controlled by John Michael McConnell, former Vice Admiral (26 years in Naval Intelligence, DNI 2007-2009, Director NSA ’92-’96).
▪ McConnell now heads Booz Allen, a $5.9B ‘nursing home’ for ‘retired military/civilian intelligence officers’ paid completely by the US taxpayers.
There are many players in this BeltWay Bandit theater which includes corporations like L3 Corp, SAIC, Mitre. One of the stars is none other than James Clapper! with supporting performances from CIA-operatives including George Little [Media Relations], James Woolsey [Director of CIA under Clinton]. In a dramatic twist now Clapper and Woolsey want to ‘try’ Snowden as a ‘traitor’ and are vociferous in their protestations… Perhaps too much!
Edward Snowden is part and parcel of an intelligence game played out in the public, by ex officio and present day intelligence officers from the CIA; NSA; National Geospatial Agency; and Congress .
Far fetched?
But remember in the world of intelligence there are no good guys or bad guys- just players and non-players gaming out the need for more and more intelligence and surveillance for a series of contrived threats in order to control, subjugate and tax the public. That old quest for dominance and riches.
Am I too harsh? Maybe!
For the most part, the incestuous relationships among the CIA, the NSA , NGA and Booz Allen, Carlyle Group speaks to one concern above all others---how much money will the private/public, military/civilian intelligence sector continue to receive from year to year? At issue is not outcomes or results. For the most part, over the thirty years that I served in different administrations, I find the Intel Community easily loses sight of the mission. It’s relevance is much like the US military—only to itself. As I wrote in a previous blog, that our military had no need for the USA and the USA had no need for our military; so it is with our civilian/military Intel Community. Their only major concerns—security, pension, and career advancement. Not exactly the attributes required of a proactive, risk-taking enterprise.
Where does Snowden relate to this incestuous, abscess ridden, dysfunctional intelligence community?
In my opinion, he is an ‘avatar’ created by the community to pre-empt the American public and private industry from controlling the evolving narrative of the future of the internet and the need for NET FORCE—a concept I literally created thirty years ago. I envisioned several government agencies, both domestic and foreign that would have to monitor and control the net in the name of ‘national security’.
Snowden is just a ‘tool’ or ‘narrator’ for the American Intelligence community to delineate the problems of electronic surveillance; the need for private public oversight and involvement and the imperative for all Presidents and legislators to remember that at any given time, the NSA and the DNI can evoke the following iconic terms of fear—“We have a CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER!”
Snowden has allowed himself to be compared to the historically renown ‘whistleblower’ Daniel Ellsberg of the infamous “Pentagon Papers”. However, like Snowden, Ellsberg was just another “CIA/military facilitator” who ostensibly worked at the State Department. He never worked at State.
Ellsberg was in fact a CIA operative with a flimsy State Department cover who had worked at the Air Force think tank—RAND corp. And, more importantly, he had worked closely in Vietnam with the nefarious “Quiet American” CIA operative-- General Edward Landsdale.
Confusing?
On the one hand, both Snowden and Ellsberg work for intelligence organizations and even joined the military. Although in the case of Snowden, he “broke his leg during Special Forces training for Iraq” In the case of Ellsberg, he was a ‘gung-ho’ ,’crazy’ [according to my boss, Henry Kissinger] First Lieutenant Company Commander in the Marine 2nd Infantry Division. Neither man attacked their true linear patronage-the CIA. Snowden briefly states ‘he served in the CIA’ but makes no further mention of that fact . Nor does Snowden berate any Civilian/military leaders of the CIA .
Strange?
Ellsberg gets indicted for divulging the Top Secret Pentagon Papers then like Snowden, he ‘seeks refuge for fear he may be assassinated’.
Nonsense!
Where did I encounter Daniel Ellsberg between 1971-74? At M.I.T!!! At the John McCone Center of International Relations where all my Professors and students were trained by the CIA.
So like Snowden, Ellsberg works with the CIA and then ends up in a CIA sanctuary. Yes, I am saying that we the American citizens have been played by our intelligence community for their own benefit, without regard to our national security or their own legitimacy.
What I am really trying to say is that the CIA and other intelligence organizations created the wars in Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, Somali, et al. Now, through an Edward Snowden, a bright young articulate ‘whistleblower/spy,’ the CIA and the other intelligence organizations are able to control all the narratives concerning 9/11, Stand Downs, Drone Wars, and other illegal activities by co-opting the public into a conversations that appears to threaten our core values, concerning ‘freedom of speech’ and other bill or rights issues; while all the time, extracting out more tax dollars and ‘spinning war stories’ as they wish.
They are truly CATHOLIC IN SCOPE AND BELIEF! The CIA [Brennan], White House [Doyle, McTiernan,] NSA [Alexander], DNI [Clapper]—can all commit the sins of war and destruction while at the same time, they allow us to FORGIVE THEM OF THEIR SINS. Not bad! They are perpetrators of crimes; then they act as ‘judge and jury’.
From Ellsberg to Snowden, we have had Bush Sr, Clinton, Bush Jr, and Obama---FOUR CIA OPERATIVES working as ‘thoroughly vetted civilians’ espousing transparency, justice, honor and all the democratic values that a republic will allow. Then we have countless number of appointments in the military and civilian organizations representing much sound and fury signifying nothing. All along the narrative consists of a ‘good guy’ , a ‘bad guy’ and of course, don’t forget, ‘freedom of the press’.
My conclusion concerning Snowden is that we, Americans, have been had. For the most part, our legislators act as political panderers, nothing more than decaying appendages in a dying corpse. What remains is the exoskeleton of a republic where bread and circus is interspersed with occasional media blitzes orchestrated for and by our ignoble, imploding intelligence community.
Citizens call to action: recall these congressional waste products, demand accountability on the Intelligence Budget which is north of $50B, let’s elect a president that is not a tool of the CIA. Let’s examine the resumes of our candidates and ask questions of their background. Don’t get fooled again!

on British Airways, and said he arrived at something to the effect of 9:36 or 9:38 am, but he could have said 8:36 or 8:38 a.m. The time of the comment when he stated it was at or about 12:38 or 12:40
p.m, or something to this effect. He mentioned being in Pakistan, then Britain for 5 days, and that upon getting the phone call in England, he dropped everything and something- something like his mother
or grandmother had to dip into her savings to buy the ticket for him to make this interview. The only primary qualification, as I recall, was if he was willing to destroy the United States Government from within
for the Communist Cause, and was he dedicated enough for the task, starting with 5 days of mentoring by Ayers.
After a number of minutes I had harsh words with these two, and nobody else in the restaurant even cared that these two were consenting homosexual Communists cussing out and boasting Treason. Long story short,
we crossed paths multiple times in the next few days on Chicago Avenue in Evanston, as Ayers taught Obama to be a "loud and proud Communist" and that it was "alright
because nobody cares" theatrics, and then moving Obama into Community Activism, which involved inciting a mob in South Chicago against the computer store of the homeowners I was a house guest with,
and bankrupting him because I dared have harsh words with these two, and made the mistake of allowing myself to be followed back (perhaps from a 1940s A&P I walked down to, which shared a quite small
parking lot with a Kentucky Fried Chicken, if I recall correctly), which was south of what was a Northwestern University Campus offshoot or something (at the time).
I was merely a house-guest who obtained an Illinois ID and stayed for about 8 weeks or something to this effect in the summer in 1981, and Ayers and Obama were not then nor ever C.I.A.

Obama still has foreign citizenship and is subject to the Islamic nation of Indonesia, and has no true loyalty to the Republic of the United States or our Constitution. He employs a fellow

Question: Why was Obama voting for himself in 2012 only as Barry Soetoro, the name by which he is an Indonesian Citizen and a religious Muslim?

They could easily step in and provide a real estate service for the NSA new listening station relocation in Germany, and then position themselves as if indispensable when “it” hits the fan…never mind that there might be complicity and conspiracy involved between one or more Board members, Brennan and Obama, and after the fact of being awarded contracts, provide a finder's fee kick-back or commission, if you will. But Obama, you might ask?
It is clear Obama was informed in 2010 for certain, and at that point forward, he made the choices he made. I suggest that this whole Edward Snowden NSA data dump could have been 3 years in the making, as Obama knew in 2010 for certain of the NSA listening in on anything and everything, including the European heads of State. But in order to be protective of his Saudi benefactors who arranged his time at Harvard via a Khalid Mansour, Obama likely verbally signed off on this NSA data dump perhaps up to years in advance, and Brennan likely worked through two levels down to locate and convince what happened to be Ed Snowden to do what he did, and to be guided to Hong Kong and Russia by an unknown handler.
At least, that's how it seems to me.

About 50% of your information, I knew, but you pull it all together with documentation sources attached to the info, then add an additional volume that I did not know or have only heard rumored.
If Obama and mom and dad and grandma were not CIA, then they were one of the other alphabets, correct? I mean, I thought Obama's mother worked for Timothy Geithner's father in the Rand Corp in above CIA level?
And the grandmother was strategically placed in the funds clearing section where black op funds were disseminated, so surely, she was connected. Was she also Rand or some other intelligence agency?
My nickname for him is murky. Just like pond water the color of his skin, you can't be sure what lies beneath the brown flesh we see on TV.
I wonder? Was Snowden just a way to 'test' how far the group think mind control had gone in the general population? Was it a way to get the conversation out there to develop the statistics that they need to decide on the timing of the next phase?
If so, we are in trouble, because the resistance to the revelations of almost complete surveillance of our daily and mostly mundane lives is a fraction of 1%. And what resistance is displayed is mostly a sham to build political momentum by some and maintain control of the momentum by others.

I think the thing that has media upset is not the revelations that citizens activities are being constantly surveilled.....but, the revelation that they, the media, are not exempt from this.
I believe much of the media has a quid pro quo idea about dealing with this administration which goes something like this redneck version.
"We'll print your horse crap and even read it on the nightly news with a straight face, as long as you acknowledge that we are special. Because we can make or break you."
Now they've found out, THEY are the ones that can be made or broken. And so far, they are pissed off about this dawn of reality, but too cushy in their star power and salaries to do any real reporting. My analysis is based on the comparison we all know from what Snowden looks like in his Hong Kong interview video, and that of the Christmas
video. To some it may be subjective, or in the eye of the beholder, but I do not believe it is, as I see a clear deterioration of health, facial muscle
deterioration, weight loss and other deficiencies. That said, perhaps I should just let it go at that.
In July 2012, a very interesting hacker convention happened, because NSA Whistleblower William Binney appeared. In fact, what he has to say from
about 25:32 to about 50 minutes on the video dovetails very nicely into the Ed Snowden discussion.

At the 25:32 ff. section, William Binney starts with a description of his first NSA billion dollar project development budget offer (apart from what he was used to at several millions) for development, and almost immediately, he says, Corporations which leech money away or which have a regular role of “feasting” via Government contracts (at the 27- 28 minute segments) began to fight for and demand moneys that were supposed to be allocated only to the NSA and his program, resulting in the hire of an outside Corporate executive to run an internal budgeting oversight of the NSA. The NSA version of problem solving was to bureaucratically NOT solve them, or as William Binney puts it at 30:00 – to 30:03 on the video, to “Keep the problem going, so the money [the budgetary monies from Congress] keeps flowing.”
In effect, this Government Contract leeching via large budgets, and the obvious power-lobbying involved in obtaining contracts to make corporations lucrative even when they do not render a truly productive problem-solving or cost-productive necessary service, has been around for decades. What I personally found disconcerting in the video, is that when one of Binney's NSA development programs went into operation and on-line in November 2000, during the transition period from November 2000 to January 2001, the decision and agreement was made between President Bill Clinton and incoming President George W. Bush, that the green-lighting of an internalization spying of U.S. Citizens as though they were the enemy, was commencing. It wasn't because of 9-11, rather 9-11 was a crisis that a certain faction of the Military-Industrial complex that profiteers off of providing "Intelligence" and "Security" contracts seized upon as a crisis, even though I do not believe they were involved before the fact, after the fact of 9-11 used as a turn-key event they dared not let go to waste, and exceeded beyond what even they hoped to gain.
In his testimonial before the hackers convention, William Binney states that far too many in the head positions of the Intelligence Community and in Congress have either a disregard or cowardice regarding the Constitution. These were actually Amendments 3 to 12 that were passed, the first two having failed, and were ratified to express the intent of the Founders to successive generations as to the form of Government they intended (but was not fully expressed) in the main text of the Constitution. The Founders feared if successive generations had only the text of the Constitution without the intent that we should have freedom of religion, freedom of the press, the right of the people to bear arms, et cetera, later generations forgetting or not knowing these intents in a non-amended Constitution would draw a conclusion that gave them a tyranny rather than a Free Republic. John Brennan took an oath of office that demonstrates he WANTS a tyranny upon the people of the United States, and broke his oath upon even that main text which he swore to uphold, because it requires he enforce that only a natural born citizen of the United States be President (i.e., Obama being a direct violation of that) and that a Senator serving in Office must serve out his term before being appointed to a cabinet or executive position (e.g. John Kerry to Secretary of State www.reuters.com/article/2013/01/29/us-usa-obama-kerry-vote-idUSBRE90S0O020130129 voted yes by 94 senators who violated the Constitution in approval , Max Baucus to Ambassador of China www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/post-politics/wp/2014/02/06/max-baucus-confirmed-as-u-s-ambassador-to-china/ voted yes on by 96 senators violating the Constitution in approval). Article 1, Section. 6.
The Senators and Representatives shall receive a Compensation for their Services, to be ascertained by Law, and paid out of the Treasury of the United States. They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.
No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been encreased during such time; and no Person holding any Office under the United States, shall be a Member of either House during his Continuance in Office.

BR, I wasn't challenging your observation of Snowden, only stating that I could not 'see' what you believe you see. Thank you for the explanation. You may be correct, or not, my powers of observation of small changes is limited. I am a big picture gal.
I have not yet had the opportunity to watch the video, but I noticed in your description that you do not believe 'they were involved before the fact'. Who is they? The intelligence community? Or are you stating that you do not believe 9-11 was an inside job?
It has been on this forum that I have awakened to how much of what we, the public, believe is done by the 'government' is actually done by private corporations. It has been an awakening to me similar to the awakening by others to the fact that the Fed is not part of the government but is in fact a private banking cartel. Thanks for the video, I'm anxious to watch it.

We can say that lobbyists, Security Corporations, members of Congress, select members of the Executive Branch outside and even inside the highest levels of the military (including Intelligence), et cetera, seized upon the opportunity of 9-11.
In circa August of 2000, a public place observation was passed on to a certain captain with Able Danger out of Army Intel who was in California following a certain foreign individual. Based on what was allegedly said by certain men, one who allegedly was to eventually be the head hijacker, it seemed a reasonable assumption that 9/11 was being planned for September 11, 2000 When it did not happen, the whole scenario and source who saw and passed on this observation were discredited and it was as if it never happened. That certain Army Captain rightly wanted to keep tabs on the one who would be the alleged head hijacker in 2001, but because of diplomatic sensitivities with Saudi Arabia, was told to back off, or something to this effect. The whole scenario seemed disbelieved as ever possibly coming about in the days after it didn't happen.
When in 2001 9/11 happened, they already knew the name from the intel gathered the year before that was hotly discussed, who the head hijacker talked to on the phone over a year before in his discussing exactly the same unfolding scenario with. And "magically", it seems as we look at the news footage, the name of "Osama Bin Laden" is discussed by news media watching the Twin Towers burning, even before they fell...all these Media discussing Osama Bin Laden as the potential source of the attack in a matter of minutes?
Could 9-11 have been stopped at Logan airport? I don't know, at least one plane could have been stopped. Perhaps someone in Intel following the situation that interfered with a Law Enforcement "intrusion" thought the hijackers would simply hijack the jet to Canada or Cuba or something? The Twin Towers do not appear to be an intentional inside job so much as because of incompetence and an unintended consequence of not reeling in suspects under observation, but why was the building next to it destroyed by demolitions except that (under hypothesis here) it was perhaps a highest level black ops site and there was a fear of security breech to such an extent, that someone over the detonate switch -- someone like the U.S. Marine whose job it is to destroy "secret" and "top secret" data , documents, and equipment when an Embassy is over-run -- perhaps someone took the nuclear option when unknown firefighters and police or something breached an "eyes only" area of that building such as something forbidden by Congress and U.S. Law to be there? I can only guess as to this last part. |
