Dr. Pieczenik,
May I ask for some advice, being approached for funding...likely any amount.
In your understanding of international politics and technology...what advice will you provide. I have an understanding of the difficulties when it comes to international business and creating technologies that may make some (with conflict of interest) attempt to stop certain 'companies from developing new technologies...
What advice do you have?
Not the first time to have these types of problems...so I safe guard.
