OK Put your mieces down and step away from your keyboards....real easy, now!
Maybe it would start to make sense if I imbibed a little 'acid' - but since I don't have any.
Just a few points: if you accept the existence of gravitational force then heavenly bodies will continue on their paths orbiting the Sun or the Earth (for the Moon) as there are no viscous forces to slow them. I believe that the viscous drag caused by tidal flow will tend to slow the Earth's rotation.
Newtonian mechanics is good enough to explain the motion of the Solar System and any objects sent into space by Earthlings and more correctly a body has a "centre of mass" even when gravitational forces are weak. Satellites maintain stability by spinning-up reaction wheels which may be run-down by employing thrusters. Gyro control systems sense the motion of the satellite and this information is used to maintain stability or change orientation. (as an aside the use of gyros explains why, in Dr. Stan's interview with Antony Sutton 'The Best Enemies Money Can BUY', the supply of precision grinding equipment for ball bearing production to the USSR was so vital in allowing the commies to "MIRV" their Nukes)
We have all the ingredients for subversion and tyranny here on Earth without the need for UFO's and little green men.
Astrophysics is fascinating subject, however and so here are couple of people with short, to-the-point lectures about scientific laws and the Universe -

Somersdave, thank you for my laugh of the day....I'm still chuckling. But maybe you should raise your cable repair fees...it may be a short trip. LOL....really! And, BTW, Inventor, I'm not laughing at YOU!

And, Inventor, just so you know....the MPD comment was a joke referring to your multiple user ID's on this forum. It was a joke and a compliment. Do physicists have any fun or are they always this intense? the stalker

Okay, enough already with the deception. I can take and shake off the stalker B.S. but now you're getting to the core of character, and I must defend myself. The thread was started because I saw 3 objects that fit the description of what pop culture calls UFO's. These were on 3 separate occasions. This was approx. 1993-1996. It was before I had access to the internet and google and at a time when I naively thought that the Nightly News was actually the news not propaganda. Bright spheres, silent, completely silent...disappeared after hovering for an extended time...almost instantly. Since no such thing existed according to Huntley Brinkley, I simply did not know from whence they had come. The only thing I knew is that they were real and I had seen them. And I knew of Area 51. So I postulated they may be from there or from the Soviets. I have been out of school for nearly half a century. I graduated before a man walked on the moon. And whatever pathetic drivel they taught us in the public school system about the physical properties of the universe were obsolete and I have long forgotten. Even though we have attempted to and I am willing to discuss alternate energy technologies, several things are true. First, I can't keep up. I am lost. I simply don't have the technical training. Second, I've got a pretty good brain, and could catch up quickly, but can't put it all together in the cat and mouse game that must be used by someone bound into the M.I.C. Third, the energy technology has been developed by others, although not as well, perhaps, but has always been suppressed by obfuscation, patent purchase and mothballing and death. Tesla, among others...the Germans...many examples. As to little green men. I don't believe in such things. But I believe that intelligent life in other parts of the universe may very well exist, and I believe, by bending space and time or moving from one energy field to another, that they can come here and we could, if we unlock the secrets and break the bindings of the corporations, likely go there. Maybe in an instant. I have posted here links to mathematical equations which show, to a power with 32 zeros, that the likelihood of intelligent life in the universe is 1. And I find it far easier to understand and accept the possibility that we have been visited in some conscious form from elsewhere, than I do understand those who appear to be human and deny humanity the advances that should be rightfully ours. If you can tell me simply what it is I am avoiding, I will attempt to answer honestly and simply. But you speak in something resembling code to someone like myself who is verbally oriented. Please be safe.

And one last thing, Inventor. This is a public forum and monitored closely, as you well know. I gave you the method to find out who I am. That is trust. You have not chosen to use that, which I respect. Because I truly am nobody, in my small world, my identity here would have no meaning. You have a long list of accomplishments. Wear your identity proudly. I want to hear only great things about you in the future.
